The rock band AC/DC has never been known for its cerebral lyrics. That’s alright. Everybody loves them anyway. However, when it comes to presidential elections, this outspoken band sure hit the nail on the head with the hit “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.”
Most of us have heard all our lives that this kind of divisive, unethical, and even illegal behavior goes on in Washington all the time. But most of us have also never seen it up close. And there it was on Monday—in plain sight. A video that captured Democratic insiders talking about how they have used and will continue to use multiple illegal tactics including paying mentally ill people to incite violence at rallies for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
The video, released on Monday by James O’Keefe of Project Veritas, is the first installment in what was announced as a collection of videos that are scheduled to be released between now and the presidential election. The videos in question will be showing Democratic operatives discussing with various undercover reporters from Project Veritas about how they hired “paid protesters” to create chaos and conflict at Trump rallies. The video—while unbelievable and scary—is a must-see.
In some of the conversations, Democratic consultant Scott Foval, of Americans United for Change, took credit for instigating violence at several Republican events in 2016. For example, Foval claimed responsibility for an incident at a Trump rally in September in Asheville, N.C., where an elderly woman was allegedly assaulted. Foval explained that the woman had been “trained” as a part of his operation. Foval also talked about orchestrating people paid to “bird-dog” (search out victims) at Trump rallies. Foval said to maximize shock value, he has hired both the elderly and the disabled to bird-dog Trump supporters. He, in fact, boasted about using the disabled for these ugly deeds, and clearly found it amusing. Foval also talked about the money trail from the Clinton campaign. He explained that in order to give Clinton “plausible deniability” about the instigated protests, money had to flow from the campaign through several consulting firms before it actually reached his company, and ultimately the protesters.
After the release of the first few videos, Foval was fired, and an election integrity group filed a complaint with the FEC (Federal Election Commission) claiming that Clinton’s campaign committee had violated campaign finance laws. The founder of the group Democracy Partners, Robert Creamer, who was also featured on O’Keefe’s video, was forced to resign. Breitbart.com reported that “O’Keefe’s video ripped the beating heart out of the left in this election by forcing Creamer’s resignation, and upending the entire procedural manner in which the Clinton campaign, its allies in Super PACs, and the DNC coordinate with leftwing organizations.“
The media keeps trying to say that Trump’s claims of a “rigged” election are ridiculous. Hardly. He was even piled upon after the presidential debate Wednesday night for saying that he wasn’t sure if he would accept the final results of the election. Duh. What candidate would if they were armed with the information contained in these video tapes? And there’s more to come, folks.
