“Justice” isn’t a word with a wishy-washy meaning — it means you get what you deserve. So, how is justice being served when Edward Adkins Jr. of Cleveland is arrested 140 times (yes, 140!!) for theft and other petty crimes and gets out of jail every single time? He knows how to play the game; Adkins claims a medical emergency during every police intervention, and, legally speaking, the cops HAVE to take him to the hospital where he receives treatment and then walks out the front door. No wonder our cities are full of crime with this absolutely ridiculous legal system in place.
