4th Rape Arrest in Sanctuary County
Speaking of places that don’t make it easy for ICE to do their job…another illegal immigrant has been arrested for sexual assault in Montgomery County, MD. We reported the previous 3 incidents, and unfortunately, this trend seems to be continuing. Of course, the Dems in Montgomery County are doing nothing to help.

Democrats officially enacted new guidelines for Montgomery County’s government agencies, preventing them from working with ICE on active or pending cases. The same regulations also make it illegal for them to ask locals about their citizenship, legal or otherwise. ICE quickly responded by accusing Democrats of engaging in “political posturing.”
Sanctuary states need to wake up and see the danger their residents face every single day. When illegal immigrants break the law, yet walk free, they pose a risk to virtually everyone.
ICE Ending Contract With Kent County Sheriff’s Department
ICE has decided not to renew its contract with the Kent County Sheriff’s Department in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The agreement, which will officially end on September 30, 2019, allowed the jail to hold inmates wanted by ICE for illegal immigration.
The now-defunct arrangement was the focus of protests over the past few months, but Sheriff Michelle LaJoye-Young insists the protests have nothing to do with ICE ending the contract. Instead, she feels it’s the change in policy raising concern.

As of January 2019, Kent County revised its policy to require a warrant signed by a federal judge before local law enforcement could legally detain people on behalf of ICE. Before the shift, it was common for the jail to serve as a holding point for people suspected of being in the country illegally – even without a court order.
It makes no sense to make it harder for ICE to keep Americans safe. This new policy is certainly questionable…but only because it makes it easier for dangerous people to remain in the United States.
The White House Clarifies Trump’s Thoughts on China
On Sunday, President Trump told reporters that he had “second thoughts” about the trade war with China. Some fake news outlets have taken this to mean that Trump regrets the looming trade war or planned to back down.
White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham made a statement proving this is not at all the case.
His answer as been greatly misinterpreted. President Trump responded in the affirmative — because he regrets not raising the tariffs higher.

China announced $75 billion in tariffs on US goods starting on September 1 and December 15. The bold move is a response to Trump’s plan to add 10 percent tariffs to nearly $300 billion worth of imported Chinese goods.
Our Country has lost, stupidly, Trillions of Dollars with China over many years. They have stolen our Intellectual Property at a rate of Hundreds of Billions of Dollars a year, & they want to continue. I won’t let that happen! We don’t need China and, frankly, would be far….

It is about time China starts paying what they should. President Trump is the first brave leader to take action and prevent China from abusing or manipulating the American market.
