A Political Realignment Away From Radical Democrats Is Underway

(UnitedVoice.com) – In 2016 and 2020, Democratic socialist Sen Bernie Sanders (I-VT) called for a political revolution. It appears he’s getting one. It’s just not the one he expected. For 30 years, some on the right have called out Democrats for their true far-left beliefs. Democrats denied they were Leftists over political fears the country would abandon them. So, they held their secret close to the vest. When Sanders came along at the national level, Democrats started buying the narrative. It may have been the greatest miscalculation in modern US political history.

In 2021, Democrats owned the government. They were responsible for the White House and both chambers of Congress. What ensued was an attempt to transform society, the economy, and government at a fundamental level. They failed miserably as two Democrats from a red and purple state abandoned the Left’s agenda. Biden’s approval ratings collapsed and aren’t recovering. Along with the president, moderate vulnerable Democrats are feeling the political heat as political realignment against Democrats is underway.

Are Democrats About to Become a Minority National Party?

A brand new Harvard-Harris poll is terrible news for Democrats. Biden’s approval rating is a mere 39% approval and 53% disapproval. On Sunday, January 23, an NBC poll said Democrats are about to face a “shellacking.” It’s not the first time this has happened to Democrats. In 2010, the GOP won a historic number of House seats after Democrats went too far in passing Obamacare. Yet, this time, there is a very different vibe in the air. It’s one thing to pass Obamacare. It’s another thing to try and redefine America completely.

Over the last year, Democratic policies inflicted pain on Americans. It’s the first time ever the country felt the brunt of truly progressive policies as the country emerged from pandemic shutdowns, lockdowns, ongoing school closures, and draconian orders by Democratic governors. Now, even liberal Bill Maher says it’s enough with the restrictions and mandates, and Americans should question doctors who spout, “Just do what we say.”

The pandemic isn’t even the worst of it for the Left. Biden’s war on energy sparked a gasoline price crisis. As supplies dwindled, he didn’t even talk to American companies about helping bring relief to drivers. Instead, he went to OPEC. If that wasn’t bad enough, inflation spiked hard across the board and wiped out wage gains for the majority of Americans. Store shelves emptied as a supply crisis hit.

What did Democrats do?

They focused on their socialist agenda to change America through the Build Back Better proposal they knew would fail as early as last summer. Still, they tried to shove it through the most narrow margins possible despite warnings from moderate Democratic Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ). Congressional Democrats failed four times to pass a radical election reform law to federalize elections. They did this despite America’s lack of focus on either of those two issues.

In the process of using their small majorities to attempt to alter America significantly, Democrats also comforted illegal immigrants, criminals, and violent social justice rioters. Democrats tried to shame all Republicans as insurrectionists in the wake of the January 6, 2021, riot on Capitol Hill. The Department of Justice collaborated with the National School Boards Association to label parents who want a say in their child’s eductation as domestic terrorists. Plus, Democrats sided with biological transgender men over women’s rights in sports, setting back the feminist movement generations.

Poll Shows Political Realignment Happening in Real-Time

In light of these events, the media and Democrats continue to gaslight Americans into thinking that the Left is on the side of everyday people. Voters aren’t buying it in poll after poll. Here are some of the pictures painted by the Harvard-Harris Poll:

Biden Approval – Disapproval

  • Inflation: 31-61
  • Immigration: 34-57
  • Economy: 35-58
  • Foreign policy: 35-54
  • Violence and crime: 36-55
  • Jobs: 41-51
  • COVID: 44-50

Look at this unbelievable number…

Republican Party approval/disapproval: 48-52 or -4

Democratic Party approval/disapproval: 40-60 or -20

Making matters worse, in a generic congressional question, the GOP beats Democrats 53% to 47%.

This loss of approval is the Democrat’s legacy. If a shellacking occurs, it won’t be a one-time event. This trend is likely a generational shift away from the Left. Bernie Sanders wanted a revolution, and he got one. Hispanics, suburban women, and other former Biden voters are flocking back to the GOP over the Democrat’s radical shift leftward. The party would have been better off keeping its leftist tendencies a secret.

Despite conservative concerns after the 2020 election, we learned there are more of us than there are of them. In Virginia, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe received more votes than any other Democrat in Virginia history. Yet, Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin still defeated him. In 2020, the GOP retained every House seat and defeated 16 Democratic Moderate incumbents. Political analysts expected Republicans to lose dozens of seats.

Don’t let the Democrats or media intimidate you into believing their fake narrative.

The truth is, there are more of us than there are of them.
