Democrat Challenges Mitch McConnell in 2020
Amy McGrath, a Democrat from Kentucky, is running against Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for his Senate seat in 2020.
McGrath, a former Marine whose only political experience is a failed campaign in 2018, is just the first in the running. Two other Democrats are running against her, but so far, the Dems seem to favor Amy more than the others. Still, she’ll have to pull off a miracle to beat McConnell as the odds aren’t at all in her favor.
….Why would Kentucky ever think of giving up the most powerful position in Congress, the Senate Majority Leader, for a freshman Senator with little power in what will hopefully be the minority party. We need Mitch in the Senate to Keep America Great!!

Democrats have to really be grasping at straws if they think they can win this one. McConnell has held a loyal constituency dating back to 1985. As a firm supporter of Donald Trump, he is sure to get the support of Republicans in Kentucky.
AOC and Bernie Sanders Team up Again
Bernie Sanders (D-VT) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) introduced a resolution that would declare climate change a national emergency. Their proposal is half-baked, just like AOC’s Green New Deal; it’s only five pages long. Creating national policy requires more nuance than a college paper.
The AOC-Sanders dream team forgot Trump’s fearless actions to safeguard our land. But the Left overlooks these feats for political expediency. The “dream team” is failing once again.
President @realDonaldTrump has promoted conservation & encouraged good stewardship of our land:
—Signed the largest public lands legislation in a decade—designating 1.3M new acres of wilderness
—Improved management of forests under Federal supervision to prevent forest fires— GOP (@GOP) July 9, 2019
BET Founder Singing Trump’s Praises
Robert Johnson, the founder of Black Entertainment Television (BET), is also a long-time Democrat. Even though he’s a Leftie, he isn’t spewing nonsense as of late. Johnson called out the Dems moving too far towards socialism to beat Trump in 2020.
Johnson gives credit where credit is due, unlike most Dems. He praised Trump for fixing the economy and employment issues. This is high praise from someone who supported Hillary in 2016.
Johnson is finally starting to see the light — let’s hope he brings more Dems with him.
Robert Johnson, America’s first black billionaire, warns about the radical turn of the Democratic Party, and recognizes the pro-enterprise successes of Pres Trump.
