AOC and Kamala Harris Join Forces, Floyd Mclendon Running for Congress and ICE Protecting the Streets

Kamala Harris and AOC Team Up

Sen Kamala Harris is hitching her wagon to the Democratic darling, AOC. Harris announced this week that she’s joining forces with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to make sure the Green New Deal helps people in low-income communities.

The new Climate Equity Act of 2019 bill requires all future climate bills to have an equity score and must meet a variety of regulations, including benefits aimed at “Frontline Communities” or communities that are low income and “facing other forms of injustice.” This new bill would also create the office of Climate and Environmental Justice Accountability.

Just what Congress needs, more regulations and positions to fill. This bill is a gigantic waste of time, money and resources. The only reason Kamalas backing it is that she wants AOC’s fans to support her bid for the White House.

Navy SEAL Running for Congress

Retired Navy SEAL, Floyd McLendon, announced this week that he has decided to run for Congress.

McLendon made it clear in his news release that Republicans need to stand up against the likes of AOC, open borders and government takeover.

“We’re in a fight for the future of our country and that’s why I’m running for Congress. I’ve fought in some of the most God-forsaken war zones on the planet. I know how to lead in life or death situations and, I know what it means to put service before self. In Congress, I will lead the fight against socialism. I will lead the fight for lower taxes, less government, and more freedom.”

-Floyd McLendon

It’s great to see someone with proper American values throw their hat into the ring!

ICE Picks Up Ball Court Drops

Thanks to ICE, one more dangerous person is off the streets.

A judge in Atlanta, Georgia released Jorge Rodriguez-Saldana after he allegedly ran over and killed a 7-year-old boy because he was only charged with a third-degree offense. When ICE got word of this they tracked him down in Pennsylvania and arrested him.

Atlanta County authorities didn’t try to contact ICE when Jorge was arrested, nor did they bother to find out his immigration status.

ICE shouldn’t have to do the job of the courts, but we are thankful that they’re up for the challenge.
