AOC Calls for Trump’s Impeachment
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is once again calling for President Trump’s impeachment. This isn’t the first time and it surely won’t be the last.
The President is corrupt and must be impeached. https://t.co/L4fS2pExDe

AOC’s reasoning this time around is just as flimsy as her previous rallying cries. Dems are upset that some members of the Air National Guard a night at Trump’s Turnberry golf resort in Scotland. The soldiers made a stop there during a supply run to Kuwait.
The House Oversight Committee opened an investigation into the overnight trip in April to investigate this allegedly shady activity.
Many Democrats believe that government officials who visit Trump’s properties are enabling him to illegally profit off of the government’s dime. This accusation has popped up in various forms since Trump took office. So far, the investigations have proven to be a waste of time.
It’s not as if this particular crew only travels to Scotland to stay at Trump’s resort during their rounds. They have also stopped in Germany, Italy, and Spain during previous runs. Clearly, AOC hasn’t done her homework.
Albertsons Asks Customers Not to Open Carry
Albertsons, a popular grocery chain primarily located in the western side of America, tweeted over the weekend asking customers not to openly carry firearms in their stores.
We see our grocery stores as a hub in local communities & we're proud to serve our neighbors. We want our stores to feel safe & welcoming for all, so we respectfully ask customers to not openly carry firearms in our stores unless they are authorized law enforcement officers.

Ever since the mass shootings in Texas and Ohio, many big-name retailers have requested that people shopping in their stores do not open carry. Kroger, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart have all asked their customers to either keep their weapons concealed or don’t bring them in the store at all.
Albertsons can be found in 34 states, many of which legally allow people to open carry. The store has not yet announced how they plan to enforce this new request in those states. How many more businesses will give into the Left’s fear mongering over gun violence?
Mark Sanford to Challenge Trump in 2020
Ex-South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford recently announced on Fox News that he is officially running against President Trump in 2020.
Sanford acknowledges that he doesn’t have a very high chance of winning, but he feels that challenging Trump will make people start thinking about what it means to be a Republican.
I respect the view of many Republican friends who have suggested that I not run, but I simply counter that competition makes us stronger. I believe competition of ideas is good, not bad, for the Republican Party and for our country.
— Mark Sanford (@MarkSanford) September 8, 2019
Although the former governor doesn’t seem to have much support, he isn’t alone in wanting to run against Trump in 2020. Sanford is the third Republican who will be running against the president. Former congressman Joe Walsh and former governor of Massachusetts Bill Weld have also decided to take on one of the most popular presidents in America’s history.
Sanford seems to be particularly focused on the financial issues that America will face over the next 4 years. He has spoken out about the US tariffs on Chinese imports, government spending, and the nation’s debt. One of his most recent criticisms involves the Pentagon’s approval to divert money from military construction projects to fund the US-Mexico border wall.
