President Donald Trump ruffled the feathers of Democrats over the weekend with one of his latest series of tweets. Trump pointed out the shortcomings of Baltimore and the city’s corrupt leaders. He brought up the livability conditions in Baltimore and how “statistically it ranks last in almost every major category.”
The Left immediately started criticizing the President for being racist. While this reaction is expected, it isn’t deserved.
In 2015, presidential hopeful, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT), took a tour of Baltimore. He was quoted in the Baltimore Sun as saying “anyone who took the walk that we took around this neighborhood would not think you’re in a wealthy nation, you would think that you were in a Third World country.” The senator also said that “half the people don’t have jobs” in Baltimore.
Bernie Sanders called Elijah Cummings' district of West Baltimore a "third-world country" when he was running for President in 2015
Why didn't the media and Democrats viciously attack Bernie then?
Because they all know it's true.
Democrats destroy everything they touch

Where was the backlash when Sanders made these comments? No one called him racist. This is further proof that the Left is out to vilify Trump at any cost.
Dan Coats Leaving White House
Director of National Intelligence, Dan Coats, will be leaving his position in August. This announcement comes after months of not supporting the President on a variety of national security issues.
I am pleased to announce that highly respected Congressman John Ratcliffe of Texas will be nominated by me to be the Director of National Intelligence. A former U.S. Attorney, John will lead and inspire greatness for the Country he loves. Dan Coats, the current Director, will….

President Trump wants Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) to replace Coats. Ratcliffe is a former US attorney who has been a representative for Texas’ 4th District since 2015. Hopefully Ratcliffe will mesh with the Trump administration and help to keep America great.
Test Missile Defense System a Success
The US and Israel performed a joint hit-to-kill missile test in Alaska on Sunday. The missile was able to “successfully intercept a missile target outside of the atmosphere.” Our national borders are safe and sound thanks to our highly-ingenuitive military and allies.
This unique success in Alaska provides confidence in future Israeli capabilities to defeat the developing threats in the region, we are committed to assisting the Government of Israel in upgrading its national missile defense capability to defend the State of Israel from emerging threats.
