(UnitedVoice.com) – When President Joe Biden was running for office, he promised voters he was going to get rid of the coronavirus. He made these lofty promises as though former President Donald Trump was doing nothing. Less than a week into his presidency, Biden is eating his words.
On Monday, January 25, Biden told reporters that Americans need to prepare to live with the virus through the fall. He said he promised he was going to “shut down the virus” but didn’t say he was going to “do it in two months.” His latest comments came just days after the president said he isn’t going to be able to do anything for the “next several months.”
President Biden campaigned on getting the coronavirus under control.
Now, after all his promises, he’s saying nothing can be done. Even after two COVID-19 vaccines are being distributed across the country thanks to President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed.pic.twitter.com/Et6zNC8OnX

Democratic voters elected Biden thinking that he was going to pull off a miracle, like he was a giant antibody that was going to sweep through America and kill the coronavirus. Now, they’re learning that was all nonsense, exactly like Trump warned. How many more excuses is the new president going to make in the first 100 days of his term?
