Biden Caught in Web of Own Narrative Over Vaccine Hesitancy

( – Across America, millions of people refuse to accept a COVID-19 vaccination for various reasons. A fake narrative over the last number of months developed in the media from Democratic talking points. It goes something like this: Conservative Americans support Donald Trump but refuse to get vaccinated, especially in rural communities.

However, an article by the New York Times and a study by the Kaiser Family Foundation show the fake media narrative isn’t the entire story. Many of the unvaccinated live in urban and suburban communities, and the majority of them voted for, you guessed it, Democrats. On Wednesday, August 11, Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy challenged White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki to consider whether they got their messaging wrong. Her answer was startling, to say the least.

Psaki Continues to Blame Trump Despite Biden’s Rhetoric

During the 2020 general election, then-Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden challenged ALL things Donald Trump. It didn’t matter if it was good, bad, or indifferent. If the government did something under Trump, Biden opposed it. That continues to this day as Biden undoes the Trump record on COVID-19, immigration, and the economy. Sadly, the president’s policies are wrecking all three issues and making matters much more complicated than they need to be.

Regardless, Biden said during the campaign he didn’t trust Trump when it came to vaccinations. His running mate, now Vice President Kamala Harris, said she would not get the vaccine if Trump told her to.

When Doocy asked Psaki if Biden’s comments last year incentivized vaccine hesitancy, the press secretary doubled down. “Well, I think it’s safe to say he still doesn’t trust Donald Trump, so that hasn’t changed.”

What does her statement have to do with the question?

She added that Biden trusts the people leading the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Where was that show of faith last year? How would that make you feel if you worked for those two agencies for the last five years? It evokes the perception those working on solving COVID-19 in 2020 weren’t trustworthy then, but they are now.

In essence, Psaki insulted tens of thousands of government employees.

Biden and Administration Risk Losing America’s Goodwill

When pressed again about Biden’s repeated comments during 2020 when he stated he believed Trump couldn’t be trusted, Psaki said there wasn’t any evidence Biden contributed to vaccine hesitancy. We know that isn’t true.

Once again, Psaki undermined America’s confidence in its leaders by refusing to be honest and transparent.

It’s a chronic problem with this President and administration. Some in the media continually catch them in a web of continual lies or misstatements. Presidents in their first year usually get a break and goodwill from Americans who want them to succeed.

Biden is ruining his favor.
