(UnitedVoice.com) – On Monday, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden had an uncomfortable interview with NBC. So uncomfortable that he snapped at the reporter for asking him a legitimate question.
During the interview, Savannah Guthrie asked Biden if his son Hunter was hired by the Ukranian gas company, Burisma, to get access to the Obama administration. The former vice president told her his son did nothing wrong. Guthrie followed up and asked if “it sets a bad image.”
Biden answered her, saying that it did and Hunter also agreed. That’s when things got dicey.
“Do you think it was wrong for him to take that position, knowing it was really because that company wanted access to you?” Guthrie asked.
“Well, that’s not true,” Biden snapped. “You are saying things — you do not know what you are talking about. No one said that. Who said that? Who said that?”
Reporters and voters have asked the elder Biden about this topic repeatedly and he almost always gets nasty. If he can’t even handle softball questions from a friendly news network, what’s he going to do during the general race? These are not questions that are going away. The American people want answers.
