Pentagon Testing Mass Surveillance in the Midwest
Big brother has a new toy to spy on us with.
According to documents filed with the Federal Communications Commission the US military has been conducting mass surveillance across six states using experimental high-altitude balloons.
The balloons carry high-tech radar that can accurately track vehicles regardless of the weather or time of day. They hover at altitudes of more than 60,000 feet. The 25 solar-powered balloons were launched from South Dakota and drifted to areas of Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Missouri, before landing in Illinois.
The FCC approved the balloons to operate from July to September. This is just one more tool for the government to invade our privacy track our every move with.
Bricks of Cocaine Discovered in Banana Boxes
Three Washington State Safeway stores in Federal Way, Bellingham, and Woodinville got quite a surprise when unpacking a shipment of bananas. Each store had one box of bananas that included almost 50 pounds of cocaine, which have a combined street value of more than $1 million. Safeway has gone through the rest of the boxes in their warehouse and hasn’t found any additional drugs.
Just got this pic from Bellingham PD of the cocaine found in banana boxes at a Safeway.
2nd pic is Woodinville.

The police are still investigating the origins of the boxes.
This isn’t the first time bananas have been used to smuggle drugs. In April, $28 million worth of cocaine was found in bananas shipped to an Aldi store in Germany. In 2018, another $18 million worth of the drug was hidden in a box of bananas donated to the Texas Department of Corrections.
Fox News Has a New Contributor
Former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced on Thursday that she is joining Fox News as a contributor. This announcement is not too surprising as many former press secretaries have taken a similar path.
Sarah Sanders becomes the latest former press secy to join cable news. Here's a list: Clinton-Lockhart (CNN), Bush 43-Fleischer (CNN, later Fox), Snow (Fox, later CNN), Perino (Fox), Obama-Gibbs (MSNBC), Carney (CNN), Earnest (MSNBC), Trump-Sanders (Fox): https://t.co/Wjq27tBw17

Sanders left the Trump administration in June after working as the press secretary for two years. During that time, Sanders was one of Trump’s closest aides and biggest supporters.
Sarah, a mother of three, is the daughter of former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, so she was no stranger to the world of politics. She praised her job as “one of the greatest I could ever have” saying it was “the honor of a lifetime.” Sarah decided to leave her position so she could spend more time with her husband and children.
Fox & Friends will host Sanders’ first appearance on September 6th.
