(UnitedVoice.com) – For the first time since putting his hat in the ring, former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has qualified to participate in a Democratic debate.
Each candidate had three ways they could qualify to take part in the ninth DNC debate. They had to get 10% or more support in four national polls, including South Carolina or Nevada. Receive 12% or more support in polls only from Nevada or South Carolina, or they could qualify by picking up a minimum of one delegate in New Hampshire or Iowa.
The Las Vegas debate will feature five other candidates as well: former Vice President Joe Biden; Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT); former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg; Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA); and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN).
We’ll keep you updated on all the highlights from the debate.
