On Sunday, nearly one million Hong Kong protesters rallied against China’s draconian censorship. The country has a long history of censoring video coverage and social media posts of the protest; this event was no exception.
But, somehow, China always seems to deny their own issues. They’re blaming the US for Sunday’s protest, saying it’s a product of the ongoing trade war.
China can block or censor whatever they want, but don’t drag us into a squabble we have nothing to do with. America isn’t creating dissent — it’s the people of China who are standing up against unreasonable censorship, as should be their right.
China made its own bed, but obviously refuses to lie in it.
