Classic Villain Advice for Classic Democrats And Republicans

Trump Faces Democrats in Post-Mueller Reset

When you clear away all the big political speeches on both sides of the aisle, the most prophetic words spoken during the 20th Century may have been, “Why can’t we all just get along.” That was Rodney King after taking a vicious beating from police during the L.A. riots.
So, why can’t Democrats and Republicans just get along?
There are plenty of issues that seem to push these political parties further apart with each passing election. It also seems like they make a concerted effort to polarize everything. Bathrooms? Bathrooms are now a divisive political issue? Let’s be real. But if things have truly gotten that unreasonable, perhaps the party of the Donkey and Elephant could ponder the wisdom of these classic villains — The Joker and Capt. Jack Sparrow.
Why So Serious?
Heath Ledger’s Joker took logic and reason and turned it on its head. His thinking bears a striking resemblance to party rhetoric. Here’s a classic example. In Rhode Island, a Democrat-led coalition closed down a nudist beach when left-wing conservationists discovered it buttressed the nesting grounds and an endangered species known as the Piping Plover. The birds were so offended by the unclothed humans that they refused to mate. This may be taking liberal leanings a bit too far. On the other hand, maybe bathing suits did save the species.
I’m a dog chasing cars. I wouldn’t know what to do with one if I caught it!
Does that sound a lot like “repeal and replace?” The Grand Old Party has been chasing ObamaCare for years and when they finally have the votes in the House, Senate and White House. Now, Republicans can’t agree amongst themselves what to do with the bumper squarely in their teeth. Paul Ryan, D.C. “deserves a better class of criminal.”
This is the day you will always remember as the day you almost caught Capt. Jack Sparrow!
Can anyone even remember how many active federal, political investigations are ongoing?
The Hillary Clinton email investigation has never officially been closed and it spilled over into ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner’s perv scandal, who is married to Hillary’s top aide Huma Abedin, who may have been involved with a pro-terrorist publication run by a family member.
Who’s on first?
Russian hackers may have interfered during the election because WikiLeaks published mean-spirited emails by John Podesta, which means Putin is pro-Trump so there’s a collusion investigation by intel agencies, the House and Senate. But Trump bombed Syria so now there’s an investigation into Obama’s National Security Advisor Susan Rice who may have unmasked Team Trump surveillance. And, what ever happened to that IRS director who targeted conservative PACS? Does Obama have a U.S. birth certificate? Is Global Warming a hoax? Is Julian Assange still holed up in that embassy? Is Edward Snowden a hero, traitor or Russian operative? Yes, every day is the day Americans will always remember almost catching someone.
The only rules that really matter are these: What a man can do and what a man can’t do.
Before a “gender angry” comment gets lodged against Jack, both parties are filled with strong members of both genders. But our leaders on the Left and Right may want to think this over. They have the option of advocating for one unisex bathroom per building to end the in-fighting. The endless hearings and investigations become one big blur. Either charge someone or get back to work. And, tell the truth — both parties want to improve health care. It’s an American issue. By just doing what politicians CAN do — their jobs — we can all get along.
