(UnitedVoice.com) – In March 2020, COVID-19 was ravaging New York. Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo issued a directive forcing nursing homes and other long-term care facilities to take coronavirus-positive patients. Many believe that led to the deaths of thousands of seniors. Now, the state attorney general has revealed even more people died than originally thought.
On January 28, New York Attorney General Letitia James released a report accusing Cuomo’s administration of under-reporting the number of nursing home deaths. She suspects the number could be approximately 50% higher than the more than 8,600 people who died in the facilities from the virus. That’s because Democratic-run Department of Health did not count those who contracted COVID in the nursing homes, but died in the hospital.
Meanwhile, Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) pointed out the media spent the last year praising Cuomo while his policies allegedly killed people.
Based on the way the media was acting all last year you would never guess Cuomo destroyed New York and issued a reckless order that killed thousands of seniors in nursing homes.
Maybe they all should get an Emmy too.

Did the governor’s administration fail to count those deaths in an attempt to cover-up wrongdoing? The surviving families certainly deserve an answer to that question.
