(UnitedVoice.com) – With cities being ravaged and destroyed by violent rioters and looters, National Guards across the country have been activated to help law enforcement regain control. While many have been grateful to have the added assistance, Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has demanded all out-of-state military be removed from the city immediately.
I request that @realDonaldTrump withdraw all extraordinary federal law enforcement and military presence from our city. pic.twitter.com/AvaJfQ0mxP

During a PBS Newshour interview, the mayor questioned the legality of President Trump activating and bringing in out-of-state National Guardsmen.
In an effort to stop rioters and looters from causing more damage to historical monuments, President Trump activated approximately 1,200 D.C. National Guardsmen. He also requested an additional 3,900 from out of state to help keep the peace.
According to reports, Bowser evicted the National Guardsmen from their hotels forcing them to find new accommodations the morning after working the night shift.
Just heard that Mayor Bowser is kicking the Utah National Guard out of all DC hotels tomorrow. More than 1200 troops from 10 states are being evicted. This is unacceptable. 1/2

A statement by the National Guard simply stated some service members had relocated. Mayor Bowser said nobody was evicted and the move had more to do with budgeting issues.
President Trump quickly responded calling the Mayor “incompetent.”
…over the last number of nights. If she doesn’t treat these men and women well, then we’ll bring in a different group of men and women!

This is a developing story.
