(UnitedVoice.com) – Jeffrey Epstein knew a lot of powerful people. The late billionaire ran in the most elite circles. He was friends with Prince Andrew, former President Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, and countless others. When he was convicted of an unspeakable crime with a teenager in 2008, many of those people had the good sense to distance themselves from him — not the current CIA director.
The Wall Street Journal recently obtained what the publication believes is Epstein’s private schedule. The newspaper revealed multiple meetings with high-profile people years after he was a convicted offender.
According to the April 30 report, Epstein’s schedule showed multiple meetings with William Burns, who is currently serving as the director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). President Joe Biden nominated him in 2021, and he was unanimously confirmed by the Senate that March.
In August 2014, Epstein’s documents had Burns down for a meeting at the offices of Steptoe & Johnson, a law firm in Washington, DC. The next month, the CIA director, who was then serving as the deputy secretary of state for President Barack Obama, was scheduled to meet with the billionaire twice. Both of the meetings were noted as taking place in the disgraced financier’s townhouse.
Tammy Kupperman Thorp, a CIA spokesperson, told the WSJ that Burns recalls a friend introducing him to Epstein, then he had another “brief” meeting with him. However, the director claims it was because the billionaire had advice to offer him on his transition into the private sector as he was preparing to leave the Obama administration. She went on to claim the director and Epstein “had no relationship.”
Burns is the only one who can account for what happened because Epstein is dead. The billionaire killed himself while he was awaiting trial for charges related to trafficking young women in New York in 2019. There have been questions about whether he actually took his own life because he was connected to so many powerful people. Some people believe that there might have been a hit taken out on him and that his suicide was just staged.
These rumors were fueled further when reports indicated the videos of the area around Epstein’s cell on the night of his death were lost. The cause of his death has not changed in the nearly four years since.
Epstein reportedly groomed young girls and then sold them to his rich friends for carnal purposes. They were often underage. His ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, who helped him find those girls, was convicted in relation to the trafficking ring in 2022.
