(UnitedVoice.com) – New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) is facing criticism from all sides as more information comes out about the nursing home deaths in his state. The Democrat is accused of covering up the number of people who died as the result of his March 2020 order that forced long-term care facilities to take coronavirus-positive patients. Now, people on both sides of the aisle are demanding he be held accountable.
According to reports, people are calling on NY lawmakers to impeach Cuomo. Assemblyman Michael Montesano (R) said he plans to ask the state legislature to consider it. NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio stopped short of calling for impeachment but said the governor needs to give a “full accounting” of what happened. US Rep. Elise Stefanik (R) is taking it a step further — she wants the governor prosecuted.
I've said from the beginning: This is more than a nursing home scandal, it’s a massive corruption & cover-up scandal at the highest level of NY State Government. Governor Cuomo must be investigated & prosecuted immediately.

Data isn’t currently showing just how many people lost their lives as a result of Cuomo’s negligent order, but every single one of those people mattered. Their families deserve answers and the governor seems unwilling to give them what they need. When is he going to pay for the damage he’s caused?
