Guess What Biden Wants Taught in Schools?

( – Religion in the classroom has been a sticky issue since the 1960s. Christian churches and religious groups have seen their influence and impact in public education wane over the decades over concern that the Bible and religion shouldn’t be taught in schools.

Secularist Democrats spearheaded most of the effort to remove religion from public schools. However, that doesn’t seem to bother Democratic presumptive nominee Joe Biden. He’s changed course. From his basement on Monday, the former vice president, in a live-streamed event, said he wished Americans could learn more about Islam through public education.

Biden was speaking before Emgage Action, the nation’s most prominent Muslim-American PAC and advocacy organization. Explaining his reason for wishing the curriculum on Islam was taught in schools, Biden shockingly blamed President Trump for a rise in Islamophobia.

However, he didn’t mention anything about terrorism or Islamic extremism. Instead, the presumed Democratic nominee for president pandered to the Muslim audience and said if elected, Muslims would serve in his administration. Approximately 3,000 people RSVPd for the virtual event.

Earlier in the day, the endorsement letter organized by Emgage Action was signed by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison (D), among other notable Muslim public officials.

The letter made no mention of Islamophobia. Instead, it said they cared about racial justice, affordable healthcare, climate change, and immigration.

Emgage Action claims it’s a bi-partisan Political Action Committee (PAC). However, its political positions are aligned with the Democratic Party, and it’s not endorsing Republicans.

Yet, it’s supporting members of the radical Squad Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).
