1 SHOCKING: Chinese Military Practicing Against Protesters in Propaganda Video
Hong Kong has been fighting for autonomy and independence from China for decades; protests are really nothing new. But a recent extradition bill giving the government significantly more influence over the tiny territory sparked renewed efforts to buck the system, testing China’s patience to the absolute maximum.
Now, it’s clear that China is ready to use deadly force to quell demonstrations against authority. A three-minute long propaganda video shows scenes of military exercises, including a one-minute segment revealing the Chinese army’s brutally violent methods for shutting down protests – no matter how legitimate they seem.
Is this justified, or is it another example of China breaking human rights? Either way, it’s a great example of why it’s so difficult for America and China to see eye-to-eye.

2 Trump Ramps up Chinese Tariffs in An Effort to Regain Control
Trump placed tariffs on Chinese imports for the first time late last year, but he didn’t apply them to everything. The President is now implementing a 10 percent tariff on the remaining $300 billion worth of Chinese goods – and he’s also threatening to raise it to 25 percent if he can’t make a fair deal soon.

It’s only a matter of time before China caves into Trump’s brilliant economic pressures.
3 Another US Military Member Attempts to Bring Home Dismantled Rocket Launcher
In lighter news, a US military service member attempted to bring home an unusual souvenir this week: a rocket launcher to show off to their friends and family. Few possessions could top the bragging rights associated with owning a rocket launcher!
Of course, good sense did rule the day. The weapon was stripped of all explosive components, so no one was in danger – but no one stopped them from having fun in the process. What a concept, right?

What’s especially unusual about this case is it’s the second time someone attempted to bring home a rocket launcher this week. Apparently our soldiers found a stockpile of weapons or is discarding outdated ones. Nevertheless, one can only imagine the look on the airport officials’ faces when they opened this serviceman’s bags.
