(UnitedVoice.com) – When presidents leave the White House, they still have access to a number of perks. For instance, the Secret Service protects them for the rest of their lives, and the former commanders-in-chief are allowed to view US intelligence briefings. It looks like the war on former President Donald Trump is threatening one of those things.
On Monday, February 1, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said the White House is reviewing whether Trump should continue to receive intelligence briefings. Her comment came after a reporter asked if there was a concern that the former president would use the intelligence to enrich himself. Psaki said a decision hasn’t been made.

The idea that Trump, a billionaire, would sell the country’s secrets is absurd. He spent his entire term trying to keep the US safe for its citizens and said he plans to continue his America First agenda. Why on Earth would he turn around and compromise all of that? It doesn’t make sense, but the attacks on him rarely do.
