(UnitedVoice.com) – California has some of the most draconian COVID-19 restrictions in the country. Governor Gavin Newsom recently ordered a strict lockdown again in counties where the number of coronavirus cases is rising. In doing so, restaurants and other businesses were forced to close their doors again — but a recent ruling has allowed some to reopen.
On December 16, Judge Joel Wohlfeil ruled to allow restaurants and strip clubs to reopen. According to the justice, he couldn’t find a “rational nexus” between a rise in hospitalizations and the businesses.
BREAKING: A judge just ruled that he could not find a connection between resturant services and the spread of COVID. He has directed the county to allow businesses with resturant services to operate their business safely and responsibly.

The judge couldn’t find the connection, because there isn’t one. Last week, California Health and Human Services Secretary Mark Ghaly admitted outdoor dining wasn’t unsafe. Another study shows restaurants were to blame for less than 4% of the spread of the virus in LA County. So, why were the businesses ever closed to begin with? It made little sense and the judge set things right.
