Liz Cheney AFTERMATH – Here’s What’s Left if She Falls
(UnitedVoice.com) – In 2021, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and nine of her GOP colleagues voted to impeach former President Donald Trump. The lawmakers accused him of inciting an insurrection on January 6. More than a year later, the Wyoming Republican will fight a battle many of the others lost.
On August 16, conservative voters in the Cowboy State will head to the polls to decide whether Cheney should keep her job. She’s going up against Harriet Hageman, the primary candidate Trump threw his weight behind. Former Vice President Dick Cheney’s daughter currently trails her challenger significantly.
After the impeachment vote last year, Trump made it clear he wanted the Conservatives who betrayed him to pay. That was his goal, and he’s been quite successful. Only 3 of the 10 will make it to the November elections if Cheney loses.
Cheney, who hasn’t backed down from her position, is still attacking Trump. She recently released an ad doing just that.
New campaign ad for @RepLizCheney features her dad former VP Cheney saying "In our nation’s 246 year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump….

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) was one of the members who voted for impeachment. He sits on the January 6 committee with Cheney for now, but he chose not to run for re-election. Rep. Tom Rice (R-SC) lost his primary, and so did Rep. Peter Meijer (R-MI).
Do you think President Trump is getting his revenge against those who wronged him?
