(UnitedVoice.com) – First Lady Melania Trump is stepping in and helping hospitals that are being hammered by COVID-19. She’s sending gifts and other supplies to medical centers in 10 of the hardest-hit states. The packages were sent on April 23.
The first lady’s care packages were sent to Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, New York, Massachusetts, Louisiana, Tennessee, Delaware, Texas, and Nevada. She also had them sent to hospitals in Washington DC.

The gifts to the hospitals included blankets, hats, and other items. They’re expected to be given to children and medical workers. It should be mentioned, Melania was thinking of the American people even on her birthday weekend — she turned 50 on Sunday, April 26.
Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, Mrs. Trump has made it a point to let essential workers know how much America appreciates them. Sending gifts is just one more way she’s keeping them in mind.
