(UnitedVoice.com) – Under President Donald Trump, the US-Israel relationship has become incredibly strong. This week, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo made history while on a trip to the West Bank for the administration.
On Thursday, November 18, Pompeo became the first US diplomat from the executive branch to visit an Israeli settlement occupying the West Bank. The secretary also visited Golan Heights. During his trip, he called the Boycott, Divest, and Sanctions (BDS) movement anti-Semitic. BDS is led by pro-Palestinian factions against Israel. The US will withdraw support for groups that “engage in hateful BDS conduct.”
Mike Pompeo has become the first secretary of state to visit an Israeli settlement in the occupied West Bank, and the State Department says settlement products can be labeled “Made in Israel.” The moves mark a farewell gift to Israel from the Trump team. https://t.co/MFqA5mfKrS

The secretary announced on the trip that products made in the region can be labeled “Made in Israel.” During his presidency, Trump has moved the US embassy to Jerusalem and brokered historic peace deals between Israel and other Middle Eastern countries. This was the latest move to solidify the US-Israel relationship.
Unfortunately, if Joe Biden is certified as the next commander-in-chief, all of the progress Trump made could be destroyed.
