(UnitedVoice.com) – The Biden administration has been making a lot of noise about gun control. It hasn’t actually tried to push through any bans yet, but something is coming – and Montana’s state government has decided not to wait for that to happen.
All Governors who honor the constitution should do the same…https://t.co/BkbFPkXAIM

On April 23, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte (R) signed a bill that protects his state’s residents against federal attempts to violate their Second Amendment rights. The bill, introduced by State Representative Caleb Hinkle (R), blocks law enforcement from enforcing, or spending state funds on, federal bans on specific types of firearms, ammunition or magazines. Biden wants to ban so-called “high-capacity” magazines – but, if he does, Montana cops won’t be enforcing that ban.
Signing the bill, Governor Gianforte said it prohibits “federal overreach” and promised to always protect 2A rights. The federal government might be willing to brush the Constitution aside, but Montana isn’t going to stand meekly by while it does.
