RNC Launches Fight Against Dem’s Vote-by-Mail Scheme

(UnitedVoice.com) – As the 2020 presidential election rapidly approaches, Democrats continue to push for a universal vote-by-mail election system. They say the process is necessary due to COVID-19. While this system may appear to protect citizens from a public health crisis, it drastically increases the chances of voter fraud.

In an effort to fight the Democrats’ election agenda, The Republican National Committee (RNC) has created a digital platform called “Protect the Vote.” The website states Democrats are using the current pandemic as a tool to legalize ballot harvesting, establish a mail-in-ballot election system nationwide, and eliminate election safeguards that are currently in place.

Dems argue that asking voters to risk their health by showing up in person vote is simply irresponsible. Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), even tried adding such election measures into the recently passed COVID-19 relief bill saying, “we have to think big.”

But, Republicans say the Dems’ agenda isn’t about the protection of voters. Instead, they’re looking to defeat President Trump in the upcoming election.

There’s no doubt that COVID-19 will play a huge role in the 2020 presidential election. A question we must all ask ourselves as voters is this: If states’ economies are reopening and social-distancing orders are still being implemented, why can’t citizens safely go to the voting polls?

It’s just something to think about.
