Jon Bon Jovi released a new song last week that he wrote for a documentary about veterans who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the service dogs helping them recover.
The song, called “Unbroken,” is about war from a soldier’s perspective. In one of the lines, Bon Jovi sings
“It’s 18 months now I’ve been stateside with this medal on my chest, but there are things I can’t remember and there are things I won’t forget.”
All proceeds from the song will be donated to the Patriotic Service Dog Foundation. The documentary titled “To Be of Service” was released on November 1st.
