President Trump’s friend and adviser, Roger Stone, has been found guilty of lying to Congress and witness tampering.
The seven charges filed by special counsel Robert Mueller included false statements, obstruction of proceedings and witness tampering.
The jury began its deliberations last Thursday after seven days of trial and was finished by Friday morning. Stone will be sentenced on February 6, 2020. Although prosecutors asked for Stone to be detained until his sentencing, the judge allowed him to be released.
….A double standard like never seen before in the history of our Country?

In a tweet, President Trump made it very clear that he is unhappy with Stone’s conviction, and he isn’t the only one. Former Trump campaign aide and friend of Stone, Michael Caputo, had to be escorted from the courtroom after the jury gave the verdict. In an interview with CNBC, he said, “Normal Americans don’t stand a chance with an Obama judge and a Washington jury. That’s all I have to say.”
