(UnitedVoice.com) – The second impeachment sham against former President Donald Trump is finally over. As anticipated, he came out on top. Now the country is ready to move forward and Republicans say they’re definitely open to doing that — with the former president.
On February 16, a Morning Consult/POLITICO poll found 59% of GOP voters asked said they believe the former president should play a “major role” in directing the party’s future agenda. That’s an 18-point increase from a poll taken right after the January 6 Capitol Hill incident where only a minority of voters wanted him to take on that role. The poll also revealed that the majority of Republicans would support Trump in 2024 should he choose to run.
NEW POLL: 53% of Republicans said they would vote for TRUMP if the 2024 presidential primaries were held today.

After winning his acquittal, President Trump said he looked forward to continuing pushing his Make America Great Again agenda with his supporters. Whether he plans to do that from the Oval Office or another role remains to be seen. No matter what he does though, the party made it clear, they’re going to stand by him.
