(UnitedVoice.com) – President Donald Trump’s primary win was lost during the drama with the Iowa Democratic Party this week. As liberals were fighting to count their votes, the president was trouncing his opponents. Now, one of them is dropping out of the race.
On Friday, Joe Walsh announced he was ending his primary race against Trump. Apparently he finally realized the president is a pretty popular guy among Republican voters.
Trump received 39 of the 40 delegates in Iowa. Bill Weld, his other opponent won one and Walsh took exactly zero. The former Illinois representative told CNN he only ran to call out how “unfit” the president is. He said he’s going to try to stop him from outside of the race.
The voters in Iowa obviously disagree with Walsh’s opinion.
