(UnitedVoice.com) – When it comes to people in positions of power, such as President Joe Biden, having extra security is critical to their safety. Security protects these figures and their families from direct threats. While assassination attempts on American political figures aren’t plentiful, they do occur. Take, for example, a recent case involving a California man who embarked on a cross-country mission to kill several people on his hit list.
On December 21, 2021, Iowa authorities pulled over 25-year-old Kuachua Brillion Xiong of Sacramento, California, for reckless driving. During this traffic stop, police officers discovered he’d set his GPS to 1600 Pennsylvania NW, the White House’s address, and he had several weapons, ammunition and body armor in the car.

When detained and questioned, Xiong immediately admitted his plans to gain access to the White House to “combat evil demons.” He surrendered his phone to authorities who found TikTok videos serving as a hit list of famous names, including President Biden, former President Barack Obama and Dr. Anthony Fauci, among others. Xiong made it clear if police released him, he would continue with his plan and “do whatever it takes to complete” it.
Fortunately, authorities caught up to Xiong in time to prevent any real damage. The Pottawattamie County Jail in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is currently holding him pending federal charges.
