(UnitedVoice.com) – Big Tech’s censorship of conservative voices has been a serious problem over the last few years, but it’s been especially bad recently. In January, then-President Donald Trump was permanently banned from all major social media sites and other Conservatives were targeted as well. Now, YouTube has even silenced Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R).
On March 18, DeSantis held a roundtable event with a panel of physicians, including former adviser to President Donald Trump, Dr. Scott Atlas, and Stanford Medical School’s Dr. Jay Bhattacharya. During the conversation, the doctors were asked about face masks in schools and Bhattacharya said children shouldn’t wear them because in his opinion they’re “developmentally inappropriate.” YouTube decided the physician’s comments were a violation of their COVID-19 rules and took the video down.
Bhattacharya was alarmed by the censorship.

It’s absurd that a tech company is now deciding what medical information the American people can receive. Physicians are apparently no longer allowed to have medical opinions based on their own experience unless those thoughts align with random tech folks who have zero medical training. That seems like a great idea.
