(UnitedVoice.com) – Vivek Ramaswamy entered the GOP primary race as a disrupter, and the tech millionaire has taken a lot of heat from his fellow Republicans during the debates. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was the most recent to take shots at him. After clashing with him at a recent debate, the former governor slammed Ramaswamy again.
The fourth Republican primary debate took place on November 6. Once again, Ramaswamy and former US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley clashed. Christie jumped in after the tech millionaire insulted Haley’s intelligence, telling her that she probably couldn’t name three eastern Ukrainian provinces.
Before Haley could respond to Ramaswamy, Christie spoke out, calling his rival a flip-flopper who refuses to stand behind his own comments. Christie said the businessman would be voted the “most obnoxious blowhard in America” for the fourth time. The former governor said they were just 25 minutes into the fourth debate and Ramaswamy was attacking Haley’s intelligence instead of her positions.
“This is a smart, accomplished woman. You should stop insulting her,” Christie told Ramaswamy.
After the debate, Christie spoke to CNN’s Dana Bash about what happened. The former governor said, “He’s a jack*ss.”
Christie told Bash that while he doesn’t think Haley should be the next president, it’s undeniable that she’s an accomplished woman who worked hard at the United Nations and while she was governor of South Carolina. He accused Ramaswamy of having a problem with women and having a “smart*ss Harvard mouth.” He said his GOP opponent should stick to the issues and not launch personal attacks at Haley.
Ramaswamy and Haley have repeatedly clashed in the past. The former ambassador launched her own personal attack on him during the second debate, telling him that she felt “dumber” every time she heard him speak. At the third debate, Haley called Ramaswamy “scum” after he mentioned that her adult daughter uses TikTok.
